Emulsion-mineral blend
spreaders DN-009 and DN-012
The spreader is used for emulsive-mineral blends preparation and laying on asphaltic concrete pavement during construction, service and repairs of motor roads of technical categories I-IV.
The spreader has an autonomous power plant, ballast and asphalt filler bunkers, emulsion, water, and stabilizer reservoirs, transporter, blend preparation device (agitator), solid variable fluid power drive and blend dispenser.

When the spreader is moving in operating mode blend ingredients are delivered into the agitator in given proportions. The ready blend is delivered into the dispenser, which forms it into a layer of prescribed width and depth.
A telephone provides talkback between operator and mover driver.
The solid variable fluid power drive provides necessary batching of components. Current ingredients expenditures are displayed in the operator’s console. Operative changes in blend composition are also possible.
Laid layers do not need additional compression. The laid surface is compressed with vehicular traffic that can start right after stabilization (in 1 – 5 hours after paving depending on weather conditions and components’ properties).
